TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email to track your order through the carrier. Please note there may be a delay in shipping your order due to customs.

Orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Please note delivery is estimated from the time your order is shipped, not when it is placed. Marni is not responsible for unanticipated delays from our carrier.

To reduce transit time, orders with multiple items may be split into multiple shipments.

IN-STORE COLLECTION

Pick up online orders in a Marni store near you. Free of charge. Simply select "IN-STORE COLLECTION AVAILABLE" on the product page or in the shopping cart, and choose your preferred store. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pick up and you will have 7 days to collect your order. Item's shown as "AVAILABLE TODAY", are available for same day pick up if your order is placed before 1pm, otherwise your order will be ready the next business day.

We require the below to verify and release your order:

• Valid ID.
• Confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).
