PICK UP IN-STORE

 

Pick up online orders in a Marni store near you, free of charge.
Simply select "IN-STORE COLLECTION AVAILABLE" on the product page or in the shopping cart, and choose your preferred store. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pick up and you will have 7 days to collect your order.
Items shown as "AVAILABLE TODAY", are available for same day pick up if your order is placed before 1pm, otherwise you will be able to pick up the next business day.

We require the below to verify and release your order:


• Valid ID.
• Confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).

IN-STORE RETURNS

 

Return your online order in store.
All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery date.
In order to receive a refund, items must be returned in original condition with original labels and packaging. We exercise the right to refuse items that do not meet our return policy.
To return in store simply choose a Marni boutique from the following link. Provide your order and order information to one of our sales assistants who will process the return on your behalf. Please note online exchanges are not currently available in store.
Your refund will be processed immediately and made via the original payment method. You will receive a return confirmation email as receipt.
Please note refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer.

PURCHASE ON BEHALF

 

If an item you want is available at Marni.com but not in the boutique, our sales assistants will be able to place an order for you directly from their in-store device. You can choose to have the order delivered directly to your door or to pick up in a boutique.

All orders ship in exclusive Marni packaging, designed to best fit our products.

Driven by a commitment to increasingly responsible practice, Marni introduces a new generation of packaging, taking another step on the path to environmentally friendly production. The brand's identity evolves toward a more conscious mindset with new packaging that features an updated interpretation of Marni's codes, in line with Creative Director Francesco Risso's desire to transpose the lively spirit of the collections into the brand's visual identity.

Marni's new packaging is made of materials that meet FSC standards; the boxes and shopping bags are composed of 50 percent recycled paper and 100 percent recycled cardboard.
